Study On Industrial Structure Of Southeast Chongqing

International and domestic economic situation is complex and changeable, so changing the style of economic growth effectively, paying attention to industrial restructuring and expanding domestic demand, not only are the key to achieve sound and rapid development of economy ,but also are the fundamental way to achieve sustainable development. Southeast Chongqing located in the Wuling Mountains, is the ethnic areas to the core Qianjiang, bordering on Hubei, Hunan and Guizhou provinces to the east and west respectively. Southeast Chongqing is more independent and special plate of industrial development in Chongqing, and it is the important and difficult area of Poverty Alleviation. It whether can make progress on the construction process of industrial development, is directly related to the realization of well-off society in Chongqing.This paper regards Southeast Chongqing as the research subject. It analyzes the development and adjustment of the Industrial Structure to promotes the development of Southeast Chongqing and regional economy, and it be based on the domestic and foreign theories about Industrial Structure, combining quantitative and qualitative analysis, factor analysis, structural analysis, comparative analysis and other research methods.Through the evolution of industrial structure and comparative analysis about Southeast Chongqing, the article draws many conclusions. In the primary industry, there are higher proportion of labor, lower proportion of output value, low level of industrialization, a lot of surplus labor and hidden unemployment. In the secondary industry, output value grows faster than labor force growth. The secondary industry is a major department of attracting labor, but over time, the capacity to absorb labor force is becoming weak. In the tertiary industry, there are a large number of traditional service industries, and which are based on low-tech and low requirements about quality employees. The tertiary industry plays the leading role in employment, but with the rise of modern service industry, the space of employment is getting smaller and smaller. Be compared with one-hour economic circle and Northeast Chongqing, the development of industrial in Southeast Chongqing lags behind, high-tech industries are not developed, the proportion of traditional industries is too high and there is industrial structure assimilation. This article considers that the fragile ecological environment, economic underdevelopment,funding shortages, low quality of labor,lack of technological progress, per capita GDP is too low, weak policy guidance and the system lagged behind are the main reasons to cause the low level of industrial specialization, irrational industrial structure, and the lack of leading industries and advantage industries. Therefore, optimizing the industrial layout, cultivating advantage industries, improving the investment environment, strengthening technological and talents, perfecting mechanism and system are the keys to optimize industrial structure and improve the capacity of economic sustainable development.
