To appear unreasonable resource structure which Social resources and human resources are scarcity to the extent that labour concentrated industry subsequence asthenia. The high-tech industry haven't growed up .county economy lacked the new growth pole.To be a comprehensive reform practice to balance urban and rural development experimental area,Chongqing city which directly under central government ,proposing conceive of a circle and two wings . Youyang county lied in the southeast of chongqing city. The government work report pointed out that it using 3.14 overall arrangement as general programme in the year of 2008. making clear the goals and tasks after the five years. It will biuld economic highlands in Wulinshan area,folk-custom ecological tourismregion,poverty alleviation exploit demonstration zone.This paper studies on the resource structure and growth of county economy, and analysises the mechanism of resource structure influencing growth of county economy in Youyang county which in the southeast of chongqing. To piont out the measures which can optimize resource structure, To push forward the ways of continuing economy growth. The aim is to be a model for the comprehensive reform practice to balance urban and rural development and economy growth in impoverished mountain area which can promote national regions stablely.This paper is based on regional economics etc. To combine some growth of county economy studies which writed by scholars at home and abroad. using the methods of quantitative analysis and qualitative evaluation,empirical analysis and normative analysis, common analysis and character analysis, macroscopic analysis and micro-analysis, vertical analysis and dynamical analysis .To point out the routing of developmental pattern and countermeasure for dealing with a situation. County resource can be classified natural resources, Social resources and human resources. The interrelation conditions the level of economic development and economic development speed directly. Resource structure optimization is that the development from natural resource to Social resource and human resource,which is a moving process. The more optimization of resource structure , the more economic strength and the economic will last growth. Study on optimization of resource structure and growth of county economy will be propitious to development of the county economic sound and fast. It will be propitious to search after the channel of the regional economic development. and will be implement lasting developmeng of national economic.
