Research Of Affecting Factors To The Development Of Modern Logistics

With the development of world economic and upgrade of industrial structure, logistics industry as an emerging national economy in the service industry had a rapid development in the world. Developing modern logistics industry was not only to benefit for improving the city function, promoting economic development and boosting competitiveness, but also to upgrade the industrial structure. Exploring the factors which affected the development of modern logistics industry and identifying the main factors through scientific and effective evaluation, then making the optimal program of logistics industry through rational analysis to avoid resources waste had became an urgent problem to be solved in the development process of modern logistics industry.Domestic and foreign academics had carried out some researches and discussions about the factors affecting the logistics industry in different ways, applying different disciplines of expertise and professional approach. But those researches were fragment, and the whole system was not formed.Based on the summarize of domestic and international research, combining with the elements of the content of logistics industry, this paper made a classification of the factors which affected the development of the logistics industry, and then built a indicator system of three aspects of impact factors to the logistics industry containing hardware, operating environment and policy-oriented. After that, through questionnaires, this paper used SPSS statistical analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of index system, which ensured theoretically that the index system was scientific and feasible According to the system of factors indicator, this paper used a variety of mathematical method to evaluate the factors which affected the development of logistics in Chongqing, and found the main factors to the development of modern logistics industry. After all, this paper presented a clearer direction and priorities for logistics industry, and provided a scientific basis for the development plan of logistics industry in Chongqing.
