The Impact Of Core Labour Standards On Exports In Central And East Provinces Of China And The Countermeasures

The purpose of our research is to conduct a comparative analysis of the currently international representative labour standards and to explore the underlying nature, and also to search for the influence of core labor standards on the export of the country's central and eastern provinces in accordance with the actual situation of China. Finally, combine all these factors and propose the countermeasures and suggestions that should be taken in response to core labor standard in China. In present stage, this analysis will has very strong reality significance for improving labor condition and adjusting the industrial structure and for the transformation of economic growth mode.Our research firstly describes the basic concepts and trends related to the core labour standards and analyse the comparison of the international labour standards. Secondly elaborates the influence of core labor standards on the export of the country's central and eastern provinces with the mathmatic model. On the basis of integrating above three parts, then we discusses the measures to be taken in responding to the core labor standards. At last we come to the conclusion: The introduction of standards of labour standards will promote global development of the movement at a larger scale and a higher level. We should prevent the linkage between labour standards and international trade becoming a tool of trade barrier implemented by developed countries. We should take an objectively and dialectically treatment, actively participate in and respond to these standards, any blind worship and complete denial are not the right attitude.The research methods used in this paper are mainly comparative analysis and empirical analysis. On the basis of domestic and foreign scholars'research results, we can make a realistic research by using quantitative and qualitative analysis and combining with the actual situation in China .In this paper, on the basis of existing research results, we make some innovation. First, we conduct a comparative study on the current representation international labour standards, analyze the similarities and differences. Secondly, we initiatively analyze the influence of core labor standards on the export of the country's central and eastern provinces.
