Research On Operation Management Decision Of Tsingtao Brewery Logistics System

In China,logistics industry recently accelerated development already has a considerable scale; but from the whole view, logistics industry still can not meet the needs of economic development, logistics efficiency is not high, and there are still a big gap related to the international advanced level.Logistics information system is a major cause, because the Logistics informationization is a fundamental condition for the modernization of logistics. Therefore speeding up the construction of logistics information systems and standardization has become an important aspect of future development.For logistics enterprises, improving their competitive power through the logistics information system has not only remained in the realization of a simple data access, data manipulation and data updating level., but also the development of data analysis techniques, decision-making techniques, expert systems and artificial intelligence aspects. Logistics information system will be toward a more "intelligent" direction. This paper has chosen the Tsingtao Brewery Logistics to be an analysis target.The paper first describes the concepts of logistics management, systematic management and key performance indicators, then information types of modern logistics management, the role of logistics information system and several key technologies of information technology in modern logistics management application are demonstrated. Further, take Tsingtao Brewery logistics company as an example, the author analyzes the logistics company's organizational structure, mode of operation and the major departmental business function, then the author focuses on the introduction to operation of the logistics company's basic information flow and assessment information flowFinally, combined with Tsingtao Brewery logistics mode of operation, data warehouse system design principles and goals are proposed, the data warehouse architecture are determined. Based on the operational basic information and assessment information, a data warehouse model are designed and data warehouse applications are discussed.This paper not only summarizes the logistics enterprise information model, but also sets up key performance indicators according to the actual situation of logistics enterprises.The establishment of data warehouse system is not only focused on the current on-line transaction processing system applications to expand, but also for future information systems in decision support, data analysis and business intelligence aspects are discussed.
