Research On Chinese Online Health Community User Information Need Based On Big Data Mining

In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology and the popularity of the Internet,Internet has gradually become the first choice for people to find some health information.Under this background,a large number of online healthy communities have sprung up,such as Diabetic Connect,PatientsLikeMe abroad,Dingxiangyuan,Qiuyiwang,and Baidu-known health section.In the community,users can not only obtain the latest health care knowledge,but also obtain information on disease diagnosis and treatment through question and answer,and receive spiritual support and encouragement through sharing their disease experiences and communicating with others.Although the emergence of the Internet has greatly optimized the user's information acquisition behavior,due to the uneven quality of the information provided by various online health communities,it is time-consuming and laborious for users with a lack of disease expertise to obtain the high-quality information through the Internet.Therefore,in order to provide targeted health information services,it is particularly important to understand users' information needs in an online health community.However,the previous research on health information needs focuses on specific diseases,such as diabetes and cancer,and the research methods are mostly based on qualitative analysis.Little research on users' information needs from the perspective of the text itself has been found.Due to the small number of samples in these studies,it is difficult for these research results to represent the needs of most users.In addition,most of previous researches that use network data use foreign data sources,such as Yahoo! Answers,and a few that use Chinese data use Baidu knows.There is almost no research based on the data of online healthy community,but the online healthy community is one of the main ways for users to obtain medical and health information.Therefore,in order to study the information needs of Chinese online health community users better,this paper proposes an analysis framework of Chinese online health community users' information needs based on big data mining.In the experiment,this study uses the common disease tumor as an example,crawls the relevant question and answer data of an online health community,uses a distributed text clustering analysis method,and combines related medical literature to obtain the information need model of users for tumor disease.Beside,trend characteristics of information need and distribution characteristics have also been studied.
