The Reseach Of Design And Implement Track Trace System In Dairy Industry

Track and trace(T&T) system is a result of integrating IT, network, auto-identification technologies. At the same time, it is also a powerful complementarily for data gathering of management information system. At first, T&T system is only used in machine or electronic industry. But these years, more and more FMCG companies implemented T&T system caused by the need of delicacy management and developing of technology. This paper, sketches the developing and situation of T&T industry at first, also discusses about the fitness of T&T system in dairy factory; then talks about the demand analysis and system design of T&T system in dairy industry, depends on the theory of management information system, together with an application which I joined by myself. Further more, this paper discusses problems people could met during the system implement and the solution of them, also uses my own project management fact example. At the last part of this paper, I try to outlook the trend of T&T industry by my years of experience in this industry.
