The arrival of knowledge-based economy, so that knowledge workers to become a key factor in business, how to motivate knowledge workers'enthusiasm for work as the management of research on the hot issue. Post-80 knowledge workers entering the labor market, triggering a series of management issues raised widespread concern in society and academic interest in the study. Post-80 knowledge worker has gradually become the backbone of enterprise, in-depth study of this group to maximize their potential excitation is very urgent.At home and abroad, the study of post-80 knowledge workers are very little, the study of post-80 incentive issue less and dispersed fragmentation, not to mention depth causes of post-80 management problems. This paper is aimed at post-80 knowledge workers of personality characteristics and incentives to explore, in order to provide a basis for better management of them.In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, collate the relevant incentives for the research results for the first stage of questionnaire design, based on the results of the first questionnaire survey, combined with China's conditions big seven model of personality for the second questionnaire design, and made assume that post-80 knowledge workers tend to three needs ; conducted a questionnaire survey, finally, the use of SPSS Statistics Base 17.0 verify a large seven character models and three kinds of demand trends.Studies suggest that the the causal relationship between demand trends and personality traits, and post-80 the basic needs of a knowledge-based employees, integration needs, to achieve self-development needs of three kinds of demand trends.In this paper, based on the conclusions of the study was proposed for post-80 the knowledge-based incentive compensation of employees, the working environment to meet their basic needs, and building a learning organization, a comprehensive career management, etc. to meet the needs of the incentive to achieve self-development strategies, and to make recommendations on fu ture research.
