Research On The Competitiveness Of The Coal Companies Under Supply Chain Management

Along with the deepening of the reform of the coal industry, China's coal industry enterprises, including the external environment is undergoing major and profound changes. Specially, the global economic crisis since the end of 2007 had aggravated the rask of coal enterprises due to the uncertainty of needs and supply. How to adapt to such changes, coordinate enterprise's resources and capabilities with this change based on the enterprise's advantages, make the long-term development of enterprise dicision become coal enterprises urgent and realistic option.It is in this context that this paper put forward this subject that improving competitiveness of coal enterprises under supply chain management. Frist, this paper analyzes the living environment of coal enterprises, consider that strengthening communication between the upstream and downstream enterprises can reduce risk under background of increased uncertainty, and summarized the theory of competitiveness and supply chain management in detail. Based on the theoretical analysis, this paper analyzes the production process of coal enterprises and its characteristics, discusses in support of supply chain management to competitiveness of coal enterprises, consider that implementing supply chain management has a important significance to improve production management and reduce business costs.On the basis of the discribtion in the preceding chapters, this paper establishs evaluation index system of coal enterprises, select coal listed enterprises as evaluation objects, calculate the factor scores, rank for coal enterprises by its final factor score, and make a evaluation on coal enterprises. Finally, this paper put forward development strategies for improving competitiveness of coal enterprises.
