The Design And Application Research On Petroleum Pipeline Project Management Information System

Pipeline project management information system is an information management system applied in China petroleum pipeline project full lifecircle construction.Firstly, in the study of pipeline project information management, this thesis explains the necessity of pipeline project management information system study, analyzes the home and abroad information system construction and current apply situation; summarizes the advantage of the current system and the exist problem, also advocates related direction the inforamtuon system study should head and the fuction prepare to achieye.Secondly, based on analysis of problem and current requirement, we summarize the six characteristics of pipeline project management information system:1)A complete, associate, unit project management platform;2) The development of P3EC bottom layer joint, to achieve the qualified process management of pipeline field.3) IPMT, EPC invent contract management and the Owner change control management.4) The control management of multi-management project qulity and safety.5) The produce, store and delivering and tracking of multi-purchase materials.6) System collection of project engineering technic data.From the above six charecteristics,there are detail descriptions of each point from the aspects of recources,difficult point, solution method, execution process, apply result comparision, improvement suggestion and so on, moreover, there is the overall description of creative content of project management system, especially for the platform of design. It is qualified for the plan process management (the application and development of P3EC system) of pipeline field character. The accociate platform combines the engineering measured method, contract management and process management, quality management, HSE management and the as-built document management, carries a deep study from the angle of pipeline project construction.Finally, the thesis describes the execution process in Yong Tang Qin Pipeline project construction and its achievement. Information system makes possible of the study development function, also based on the pipeline peoject practice, the study achievement can be gradually extended to China Petrolem other later project construction management.
