Study On Telecom Resource Management System Of Ningxia Local Network

The Ningxia telecommunication is reforming from the traditional network service provider to the comprehensive information service provider, It's no doubt that management information system design and construction has become the important constituent, the foundational support strength, and the direct manifestation. The enterprise foundation data was the premise of management information system construction. Ningxia telecommunication emphasized the construction for two big enterprise database, the first is formed by the customer data and the product data, the second is by the network resources data. They can supported the management information system request effectively.The system of network resources management is telecommunication enterprise's foundation which can't be neglected. It's the most important precondition to reach automatism in the key step of "operation actualization" and "operation guarantee", and it's the effective tools of resource management.In this article, to interpret from users and managers'standpoint, firstly, it presents the background and developing process of Ningxia LAN resource management system. With the understanding of administrating actual circuit, it described the problem of local network resource management system, then based on its background and the development analyzed the resource system requirement, educed the operation model. Secondly, in the manner of structure, it presents the system designing principles and plat constructing scheme, and establishs the models between the resource management system, other systems and each subsystem, the function of each module is introduced as well. At last, it also presents some management and guarantee mesure to ensure Ningxia telecom guarantee system can be implented successful. In the aspect of system operating efficiency, in this paper it sets up evaluating mesures and guideline system of Ningxia telecom LAN resource management system based on the evaluating concept, effect and signification of information-based corporation system, and analyzes the run circumstances of LAN resource management system to present works for the future.In this article it contributes on some aspects as follow:Through analyzed the process of design and construct the resource management system, the article put forward the method of system evaluation and hoped to contribute the practical theory's development.
