As the economy, networks and information technology develop, the global economy is undergoing a dramatic transition. The sources of organizations create value more and more depend on the intangible intellectual capital, intellectual capital has been the most important competitive strength of organizations. Under certain conditions, intellectual capital has been strategic resources which can win the crucial competitive advantage for organizations. With the advancement of technology, the problems facing in practice are more and more complex, just one person's or one team's knowledge, it is difficult to achieve the desired objectives, people choose cooperation and collaboration to achieve win-win. The key of cooperation and collaboration is how to make the partners with different knowledge backgrounds work together to achieve the goal that overall effect is greater than the sum of individual effects, and therefore, how to make different knowledge collaborate to achieve the desired goal has become an problem that calls for immediate solution. In this paper, the author researched systematically into the concept of knowledge collaboration and other related issues on the basis of relevant research results, in order to help to carry out the relevant theoretical study and practical application; and then analyzed the psychological contract of knowledge collaboration, studied the human factors in knowledge collaboration, contribute to carry out knowledge collaboration in practical work; in addition, in this paper, knowledge collaboration is regarded as a game between the partners, and cooperative game theory was applied to knowledge collaboration researches, which can contribute to the in-depth understanding of knowledge collaboration.The main work of this thesis is in four aspects as following:(1) A formal definition of the knowledge collaboration was put forward. On the base of broadly reviewing current literature of knowledge collaboration, analyzed a knowledge collaboration scene, got the system features of the knowledge collaboration, and then presented the formal definition of knowledge collaboration, which laid the foundation for further study. (2) A process model of knowledge collaboration was established and the emergence of knowledge synergistic effect was discussed. By analyzing the life cycle of knowledge collaboration, combining the formal definition of knowledge collaboration, established a process model of knowledge collaboration; and finally discussed the connotative definition of knowledge synergistic effect, the relation of knowledge synergistic effect and knowledge collaboration process and the emergence process of knowledge synergistic effect, provided some reference for knowledge collaboration theoretical research.(3) The psychological contract of collaboration knowledge was discussed in detail. In the first place, two cases of the transactional contract were expounded, and then use game theory to elaborate the relational contract of knowledge collaboration, and contributed to the research on the most important factor of knowledge collaboration——human factor.(4) An example of knowledge collaboration was given. First the content of the example was introduced, and then analyzed minutely by using the conclusions of this paper, and its transactional contract and relational contract was obtained.
