21 century is the information times with network as core. Electronic commerce have gotten swift development in the sphere of whole world based on the great incessant progress made in network communication technology and computer science, it have taken new power and opportunity to enterprise, and it also have brought many new challenge to them. The product pricing which is one of the most important decisions for enterprise is also affected. The development of electronic commerce makes the traditional market environment more uncertain. This makes the traditional single fixed pricing or simple distinction pricing mechanism is often ineffective or inefficient. Enterprises are adopting dynamic pricing mechanism to speed up the response to changes in the market, competing in the fierce fight for the initiative.In this paper, we study two kind of pricing mechanism:the dynamic pricing and the group-buying auction. First we introduce the concept of e-commerce and the impact of pricing mechanism, the development and the origin of the dynamic pricing and the group-buying auction. Then we make a literature review about the dynamic pricing and the group-buying auction research home and abroad, point out the problems of the study and give my ideas about the research. Next we give a dynamic pricing model of alternative multi-products in the e-commerce environment and the group-buying auction model. In accordance with the characteristics, we design a chaotic particle swarm optimization for each model, and we designed simulation experiments for these two algorithms respectively. In the simulation experiments we use statistic method to testify the searching efficiency, including the searching accuracy and the computing time, and the testing results show that the two genetic algorithms can satisfy actual industry requests well and have strong potentials. Finally, we pointed out the innovation of this paper and the future research directions.In this paper, we fully consider the role of consumers on pricing when we study the two kind of pricing mechanisms including the dynamic pricing and the group-buying auction. First, we identify the unique actions of consumers in e-commerce environment, and find out and analyze the factors impacting on dynamic pricing from the actions, and then we add the factors to the pricing decision-making process, making the decision more scientific and rational.
