Research members in High-tech Company are High-tech Company' core, the research members'competition is the company' competition. Characteristics of High-tech Company and research members decide that motivation programs to research members is different. The mode that research team create value is carrying through team form, and research members' different competitions and longevities decide that there are many ranks between them. This article designs motivation systems on that different, and the investigative emphases are research members' motivation programs in High-tech Company. Then, the contents of inspirit, how to inspirit and the degree of inspirit compose the main ideas of this article. Research members as sciential employees are different form generic employees on work characteristics and individuality. As a result of different work characteristics, the research members' research productions are hard to forecast, and ascertaining research members' coefficient in production become research members'inspirit characteristics. At the same time, for the research members' individuality, the High-tech company should not only provide stipend but also build circumstance. This article begin with those characteristics, then accomplish the system from theory to model. Firstly, we retrospect some motivation theories correlative with research members, and provide thereunder for later theories and modles. Secondly, analyzing research members'characteristics, especially requirement characteristics to make sure which combinations are compatible and decide combination. Thirdly, what is the content of external motivation combinations. Any combinations are composed by different parts, then for High-tech company' research productions, combinations are composed by basic laborage, material benefits and premium. However, the distributive thereunder, mode and method are different, so how to ensure those complications and come into being motivation combinations are this article's emphases. Finally, I introduce the inherent motivation combinations including characteristics, constitutions and how to motivate, all of them are combinations on motivation combinations of research members in High-tech company.
