Research On Evaluation Of CRS In Our Country

In the economic society, owing to people evaluate corporation value by its creation of wealth, some enterprises believe in "profit maximization" and are urged by it, then, they has little social responsibility; ignore the society's benefit, and impact on the Chinese national policy-building of a harmonious society. Therefore, the evaluation criteria to corporation not only be merely limited by the economy standard, but also by establishing the evaluation criteria and system of corporation responsibility of society and categorize the social responsibility into the enterprise evaluation. The thesis attempts to construct the corporation responsibility of society evaluation model on the basis of results of social responsibility research, expect to improve the present situation of the responsibility of society which enterprises undertake by evaluation and made some modest contributions to build a harmonious society.The article is divided into seven chapters. ChapterⅠhas been clear about the research significance as well as the concrete research mentality and the method; ChapterⅡsummarizes the relevant content about whether the enterprise should undertake the social responsibility, the implication, the function, the constitution to the enterprise, and the evaluation index system, and provides a theoretical foundation on the criteria System of corporation responsibility of society; ChapterⅢdescribe the present situation and question of the social responsibility which Chinese corporation undertake, and provide the realistic foundation for the following research; ChapterⅣshows that the enterprise social responsibility according to the investor, the staff, the consumer, the environment, other benefit correlation responsibility degree, should be established the evaluative system, and construct the enterprise social responsibility multi-level criteria system. Chapter V presents the model of corporation responsibility of society, and carries on AHP-GST Evaluation method to judge different levels of the each corporation social responsibility. Meanwhile, in order to explain how to utilize the model further, the thesis uses a calculable example to define the application method of the evaluation model in detail. ChapterⅥanalyze how corporation to promote its social responsibility through the inside and outside way; Finally, the author summarizes the ChapterⅦ, and forecasts further research direction.
