Applications Of The Technology Of "3S" In Land Use Updating Investigation

Land-use change is the most important and basic part of the land resources management, is an extremely complex task that requires processing large amounts of data. How to improve the efficiency and quality of land information change is very important to information construction of the land resources management. "3S" technology as a new technological means has great potential and development prospects in the land resources management. RS technology is rapid, real-time and objective, it can provide multi-band, multi-temporal, different resolution of a wide range of information; GPS with geo-spatial location on the precise positioning capabilities; except for computer-aided mapping function, GIS technology more importantly has a strong geographical spatial data analysis, processing functions. Therefore, "3S" technology has been integrated used in land-use change survey, not only to provide timely and accurate land-use information, but also to provide a strong basis for government aid-decision.In this paper, according to the fact of land change survey, combing with land- update survey project in Changyi, we analyzed 3S advantages in the updated land survey, did the research of the 3S technology'process in land-update survey application. This dissertation, in combination with the project of land change survey, centers on the reality of land- update survey project in Changyi, made a full research on the application of 3S on the updated land survey, and build up the process of 3S on land updating research. Using the latest remote sensing image providing by RS, combining the original land-use database, we get the land change information, and made the investigation-base map of the field. Based on this, using GPS we collected information of land changes, took the collected data into the GIS, using GIS geographical spatial data analysis and processing functions, established the database of land update, and also calculated and analyzed the data in the database of land update, accurately and intuitively displays the land-use situation of studying area, and analyzed the differences in the data between land change and land update survey.Finally, the article in Chapter V of the 3S update in the investigation of land summarized, and discussed the issues of land-update survey.
