Theoretical Study And Empirical Analysis Of The Energy Efficiency Evaluation Index System Of The Industrial Enterprises

Guangdong is at a stage of rapid development of heavy chemical industry, while the low-carbon economy (including information industry, high-tech industry and modern service industry) develops relatively slowly. At the end of the "Eleventh Five-Year" and longer period, it is hard to change the status of intensive supply and high external dependence on energy, and industry will play a vital role to our energy-saving work, which consumes a large number of energy. However, how to assess the energy efficiency of industrial enterprises in our province, thus evaluate the effectiveness of implementation, it has not formed a scientific and rational evaluation system. In this content, this paper attempts to solve two questions: First, by studying the relevant literature, summarizing what have been done; Second, is to establish the energy-saving efficiency evaluation index system of industrial enterprise, and validate whether this evaluation index system is feasible and practical by empirical research.First, this paper systematic sorts out and studies the literature that involve the evaluation of the energy-saving efficiency, which is the energy efficiency evaluation index system and practice. And on the basis of evaluating, summarizing and drawing on the previous studies, the author proposes research direction of this article. Second, analyzing the current situation of industrial energy-saving of Guangdong Province, and pointing out the problems that existed in energy efficiency evaluation of industrial enterprises. Then, on the basis of analyzing the energy-saving's status quo, this paper combines with the development situation of energy-saving work of industry, and analyzes the main factors that influence the energy-saving efficiency of the industrial enterprises, in order to establish the framework of energy-saving efficiency evaluation index system. Finally, the author uses AHP and Grey Comprehensive Evaluation approach to comprehensively evaluate the energy-saving efficiency of industrial enterprises. The evaluation results broadly in line with the actual situation of energy-saving efficiency, energy-saving measures and energy-saving potential of five companies that surveyed, and also reflect the shortcomings that the companies carry out energy conservation work, which prove the methodology of the evaluation index system has certain reference and operational.
