Study On The Iternational Comparison Of Our Country's Agriculture Subsidy Policies Under The New Situation

Agriculture is the foundation of the economy. It is the most basic industry that human beings depend on for existence and development. It is the important source of the material for human to survive. The development of agriculture will directly impact the stability and development of the social economy of the country or the region. Sustainable agriculture development is a difficult problem facing the world, so how to promote the sustainable agriculture development with the agriculture subsidy becomes a hot issue in international agrarian economy and eco-economy.Generally, it is a rule in the world that what a country pays attention to agriculture may be turn to adjustment of the agriculture structure from food safety, and turn to subsidy from levy, along with its industrialization and modernization. In the paper I begin with the basic theory of agriculture subsidy and discuss the history and main policy measures of the agriculture policy in the main countries in the world to make a reference for our agriculture policy. At the sane time, I make a deep study in the history and current situation of our agriculture policy, point out the problems and offer the solutions.There are five main parts in my paper:Part One, Introduction. In this part I will give out the background of the study, the research meaning and the outline of the paper.Part Two, summarize of the correlation theories. In this part I will particularly discuss the main theories in the world, and deeply discuss the agriculture subsidy rules under WTO rules.Part Three, longitudinal and systemic observe and study at the agriculture subsidy policy system of the main countries in the world. Discuss the background and experience of the agriculture subsidy policies (target, intensity, measures) in different time.Part Four, Analysis of the history and current situation of agriculture subsidy policies in our country. Particularly discuss the reform process and key points of our agriculture subsidy policy and asses the intensity and efficient with correlation models.Part Five, Point out the problems and offer the solutions for our agriculture subsidy policies in the new time according to the preliminaries.
