Quality of tourism services has been widely considered to be the main factors of scenic spot attracting tourists, scenic area as defined level. However, how to use SSME aimed at using formalized, systematic, information-based scientific method, rather than intuitive, empirical approach to evaluate and improve service quality, to explore tourism development direction and approach the second developing, is a real problem demanding prompt solution of governors and operators are to achieve sound and rapid growth of the tourism economy.This study was designed to establish a service-based science and innovation in tourism services quality evaluation model for China's tourism industry to provide a more reliable quality of service measurement tools and ways of service innovation, to help local tourism managers to find the direction to improve the quality of service and improving the level of service. Research results have a very important practical significance.? Meanwhile, we made an empirical application of SSME research and exploration in the service quality evaluation.This article describes the background and significance of the study, analysis of service management theory and service quality evaluation research situation. In conclusion, Service Science Management and Engineering (SSME), service innovation theory and related analysis and comparison of several service quality evaluation methods, based on the actual of? Song pan tourist attractions and SERVQUAL scale, to define a local tourism service quality the impact indicators and the development of tourism service quality survey.? And then using AHP to determine the index weight, and using IPA method comprehensive evaluation the quality of Song pan tourism services impact indicators. In order to promote the continuous improvement of scenic quality of services and sustainable development, this study has established the quality of travel service innovation and improvement model, and design and development of tourism service quality evaluation system based on Microsoft SharePoint platform.
