| Industrial chain is an effective way to organize production. Technical innovation is an effective way to increase productivity. On the aspect of industrial chain, this paper combines industrial chain with innovation based on the perspective that technical innovation will cause the mutation of production function in an enterprise. Firstly, the relevant conceptions of industrial and innovative system are studied based on marginal analysis. Then the vertical and horizontal influences of technical innovation behaviors to relevant enterprises from the industrial chain are studied under the conditions of both fully competitive market and monopoly-existed market. According to the theory of industrial chain and the relationship between technical innovation and spreading theory under different market, a conclusion can be drawn that industrial chain is an effective way to optimize resources and improve communication between enterprises. In a fully competitive market, technical innovation can be spread efficiently while the emergence of monopoly would reduce innovation spreading. According to the conclusion, this paper proposes to elaborate the industrial chain advantages and encourage enterprises in the industry chain to innovate and enhance anti-monopoly in the industrial chain. |
