Studies On The Packing Production Cost Control In Sino-German Printing Factory

Since reform and opening, with the economic and social development continues to improve,China's packaging industry has been booming with the rising level of technology and expanding industrial scale,which has become an important pillar of national economic development and made great achievements attracting worldwide attention.At the same time, Chinese packaging industry also faces fierce competition.Cost management is the key point in how to win the competition in the packaging market in addition to focusing on quality, efficiency and other factors. However in practical application process, there are still a lot of units not satisfactory in production costs control because of many reasons,especially from the impact of the traditional management model and the size and the institution of the business.There are still many enterprises not satisfactory in cost control,which, to a certain extent, restricts the development of the enterprises.Some even with the corresponding management, some companies resulted in partially blocked situation, due to adopt backward management methods and too high cost and enterprise does not match the actual conditions and other factors.Therefore, the study of production cost control is not only of theoretical significance,but also has important practical significance.This paper described the basic theory of cost management package,based on the international status of the development of the domestic packaging industry, cost control, status and so do the serious research and analysis.Based on elaborating the basic theory of packaging cost management, the paper has done a careful study and analysis on the current situation of packaging enterprises in national and international development and production costs control.Based upon the the packaging industry and the practical situation of the Sino-German printing factory, the paper makes deep analysis on the various factors influencing the production cost of the packaging industry and also systematic research on cost control.With the development and design of the performance of software system, the paper also makes a set of processes suitable for the production cost control in packaging industries,which can guide the improving of the enterprise production cost control in Sino-German printing factory. It also aims to make further research and analysis on the control process and to improve and to make it perfect through practice test. Hopefully it will provide certain reference for further research and development of the cost control and software in other packaging enterprises.
