A Comparative Study On Technological Innovation Capability Of Backbone Enterprises In East China

As the rapid development of economy and science&technology, technological innovation is playing an increasingly key role in the competition, which has become one of the core competitiveness, while becoming one of the great driving forces to promote social progress. The backbone of provincial and municipal enterprises is the concentration and owner in China's technology innovation, and plays an increasingly important role in technological innovation system in China. The backbone of technological innovation capability of enterprises, not only related to the enterprise's own survival and development, but also related to the development of national economy and international competitiveness improved.This article is based on backbone enterprises of China's statistics for 2000-2008, and respectively from the technical innovation and investment, technological innovation output and efficiency of these three aspects of technological innovation, first makes the analysis of the status about overall technological innovation capability of backbone enterprises in east China, then conducts a comparative analysis of the status among the key enterprises in east China provinces technological innovation capabilityBy constructing the evaluation of Chinese key enterprises in east China comprehensive level of technological innovation capability of the index system, using the manner of factor analysis, from the four areas which are resources ,technology innovation and investment, technological innovation, output and technological innovation environment, the article evaluates about the comprehensive level of technological innovation capability, then gives out a clear provincial key enterprises of the comprehensive level of technological innovation capability in east China within the position, so as to enhance the provincial key enterprises technological innovation capability to pave the way for comprehensive level.According to the results of empirical analysis of the various provincial and municipal levels,the article proposes appropriate countermeasures to upgrade the technological innovation capability. The province of Jiangsu as one of "strongest" level cities should be to consolidate and continue to increase input and output, promote the development of core industries, selective transfer of industries, speed up industrial upgrading;the provinces of Shanghai and Shandong as "stronger" level cities should be to increase R&D investment of enterprises,enhance R&D capability and core technologies, strengthen intellectual property protection, cultivate high-end talent, and further optimize the environment for technology innovation; Zhejiang, Fujian as the"Intermediate"level provinces should raise the awareness of technological innovation of enterprises, to hold high-gradient region, transfer of industries and accelerate the pace of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements;the "weaker" and "weak" rating provinces Anhui and Jiangxi should establish and improve the environment for technology innovation, to undertake the transfer of industries, laying the foundation for the development of high-tech industries.
