Research On Enterprise Fuzzy Diagnosis Using The Analogism Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) is an important part of traditional culture,whose management thinking has received high praise."Finest doctors can manage the state"has fully demonstrated its cultural connotations in the TCM. Conducting cross study by combing Medicine with Management is of important theoretical value for Management in China. This thesis introduces the difference between TCM and Western Medicine thought in the diagnosis of enterprises. Based on the analogism thinking of TCM,the thesis takes the five elements as the principle of division to make a functional analogy between the human body systems and enterprise systems, makes a functional analogy between the human system"liver, heart, spleen, lung, kidney"and the enterprise system"human resource management, senior management, cultural management, product or business management, financial management". Mathematical description of enterprise management system, and analysis of the various functional systems of mathematical logic,"sheng ke"relationship and homeostasis mechanisms are made. In accordance with medical consultation process of inspection,listening, inquiry and pulse-taking,combined with modern analytical tools of management such as environmental analysis,financial analysis etal, this thesis designed a series of indicators for enterprise diagnosis by making use of the principle of fuzzy evaluation with the indicators to capacity assessment and diagnosis the healthy level of enterprise. Finally, this thesis conducted a case study of the 999 Pharmaceutical Company, finding a macro solution according to the results of such diagnosis by introducing TCM treatment principles "curb the strong and support the weak". This thesis ends in forcasting the issue of enterprise diagnostic decision support system based on TCM.
