So it is the vital part of the realization of China's agriculture-industrialization.This paper, in its theoretical part, first, identifies the conception of the agricultural enterprises, and also gives a brief introduction of the theoretical basis of the network-based growth model of agricultural enterprises, that is, Firm Growth Theory, Enterprise Boundaries Theory and Network Theory. Then, this paper lays great importance on the network-based growth of agricultural enterprises. Based on the Network Theory and Complexity Systems Theory, it analyses the agricultural enterprises on the background of agriculture industrialization, promotes the conception, specialties and molds of network-based agricultural enterprises and the network-based growth of agricultural enterprises, and also discusses the network-based growth model of agricultural enterprises. It draws a deep discussion from the perspectives of inscapes, emergence and development, growth mechanism of the agricultural enterprises. Then, the paper, based on the Enterprise Boundaries Theory, following Coase's boundaries, gives a brief analysis on the agricultural enterprises' boundaries, where, the agricultural enterprises is the replacement for the market mechanism. With the development of the network, the firms' boundaries, which are gradually enlarging, are becoming invisible.
