Abstract/Summary:
The dairy products, which is made of raw fresh milk or its products of sheep or cow, is a kind of product that made by special processing technology. The formula milk is its main component. While we Chinese start this business lately on this industry, we had already made a great progress after a 50-year period, and we had get through from the fierce competition. Here this thesis makes a statement on the survival strategy of FH Dairy Group, who is now still situated at the second line within the industry, including its development strategy, its environmental analysis etc.This thesis is composed of five chapters in all. In the 1st chapter, we make an introduction on FH Dairy Group, and also the development environment of Dairy products in China. And we make an analysis in the 2nd chapter on the macro environment, including the industrial policy, economic environment, present dairy product technology, as well as the social population. Then in the 3rd chapter we make an analysis on the dairy product market, such as the market volume, market structure, and the industry competitive situation. The internal resource analysis of the enterprise is made in the 4th chapter, for instance the financial resources, human resources and also the operative tendency, and then we offer a consequent conclusion on its internal resources. The final part is consisted of summarizing the content mentioned, the description on the strategically positioning, treasures, as well as the security of its implement.
