Research On Supply Chain Collaborative Management Based On The Fourth Party Logistics

With the evolution of economic globalization and the advent of knowledge era, emphasizing a collaborative supply chain management thinking into the current corporate management is an important research's direction. Meanwhile, the rapid development of high-tech also aggravated the intensity of competition in the market. Therefore, how to continuously improve supply chain management has become the only way for domestic enterprises to reduce costs of production and operation, increase their competitive edge and enter into the international market.However, in the new economic era, supply chain management will be faced with a more gigantic model of enterprise structure, which will be a huge network of supply chain, based on the core enterprise as the chief of the supply chain, with the links of the customer, R & D centers, suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, service providers and so on, according to collaborative business and win-win model. Existence of such a network system is at all horizontal competition among enterprises, thus it more emphasis on the supply chain collaboration between the operations of various enterprises.To face those questions, how to implement collaborative supply chain operations, how to collaborative manage the supply chain, thereby improving supply chain efficiency and management level, and so on, the article will at first introduce the concept of the popular fourth-party logistics into collaborative management models of supply chain. Among them, fourth party logistics, arising from the background of the growing demands of internal integration of resources and the expansion on the enterprise of each node on supply chain, is able to integrate social resources in order to achieve full sharing of logistics information, and fully utilized of social logistics resources, and is committed to providing customers with the overall supply chain management solutions. The joint of fourth party logistics companies, will enhance all aspects of supply chain information sharing and integrated management, which can better achieve the operation of supply chain collaboration.To this end, this paper begins by describing the basic related theory of the supply chain, supply chain management, and supply chain collaboration management. Then, it points out that there are so many existing problems in the collaborative management of the supply chain. And, with the introduction of the concept of 4PL, it analyzes the role of optimization of the 4PL supply chain for the operation of supply chain collaboration management. While it focus on analyzing the advantages of 4PL-based supply chain collaboration management. The final study is the collaborative supply chain management model based on 4PL, from the establishment of mechanisms to the improvement of the model. It also introduced several current popular techniques of 4PL-based supply chain collaboration management. Finally, the paper summarizes the contents of the entire article, and makes a prospection for the future development of collaborative supply chain management model.
