Justice Management Policies Choice Of Our Government During Modern Agriculture Development

The pursuit of social justice is the common goal of our major social members in the long history of human development. At China's new era of development socialism with Chinese characteristics, justice is our party's requirements and objectives in order to build a socialist harmonious society. Our country is a typical agricultural country, and agriculture, rural areas and farmers have long been a core issue of our economic and social development. More and more obvious urban and rural divide problems are not only seriously affected the social justice, more importantly, are threatening the social harmony and stability. Social justice is the basis of social stability.To achieve the urban and rural development, building a new socialist countryside, to achieve well-off society and building a socialist harmonious society goal, we must solve the increasing income of farmers, greatly increase their income. The development of modern agriculture is the only way for a country to achieve modernization and it is the way to increase farmers'income and realize social justice to the reality. To transform from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture need to correctly understand the relationship between the developments of modern agriculture, need to know the significance of construction of modern agriculture in China at this stage. More important, we need to analyze a series of constraints during the construction of modern agriculture in China. Government plays an irreplaceable role in the development of modern agriculture, therefore, our government need to make choice for the agricultural management policies.In this paper, the present of issues, analyze and solution will be the clues, and it is divided into five parts.
