In order to adapt to the changes of the market, the production mode of most medium-sized and small enterprises has transformed from mass production to Multi-specification and Small-batch Production. Moreover, the order production aiming at the requirement of market and users becomes one of the main production mode of medium-sized and small enterprises. Once order-based manufacturing enterprises received orders from the beginning, it is considered as completed the whole process of product realization only when all products go through the link of product design, manufacturing, sales and service. Quality is critical to order-based manufacturing enterprises. As quality exists all the overall process of product realization, it is significant to research on order-based manufacturing management system. Therefore, the author has done detailed study on the key techniques of order-based manufacturing management system in this paper.The work done is shown as follows:1,In this dissertation, the author states the means of quality management and features of manufacturing enterprises, design the functional structure of order-based manufacturing management system and also analyses critical techniques of realizing the above-mentioned system.2,As the quality data of order-based management is very small,the model and algorithm of quality control chart and capability indices computation are proposed based on group technology. The author utilize the advantage of similarity theory to solve the problem of little data of order-based manufacture and applies it to the quality control unit in manufacturing process.The method is proved to be feasible by instances.3,The author also put forward to use BP neural network to settle down the pattern recognition of control chart. So the pattern recognition steps of control chart are discussed by BP neural network. And simulation analysis is also done. The results show that it is applicable to use BP net work to do pattern recognition of control chart in order-based production.4,Assessment of the two selected-equipment quality has also been done though fuzzy evaluation.
