The Interrelation Study Between The Regional Allocation Of Financial Resource And The Disparities Of Regional Economic Growth

Since the reform and opning-up in 1978,the country has achieved high-speed economic development continuously, GDP has increased intensively and life of people has been improved obviously. Meanwhile, there is a trend of unbalanced development in China--economy of eastern area has developed better than central and western area.What's worse,the economic difference among different areas will magnify in furture,which has become the shackle of the construction of harmonious society.As the core sector of national economy,finance has the fundamental and outspread effects on the development of economy.As the foundation of financial development,it's no doubt that financial resource plays an important role in economic decelepment.We should pay more attention to the interrelation between the regional allocation of financial resource and the disparity of regional economic growth.The paper combines the qualitative and quantitative analysis,aims at studying the relationship between the regional allocation of financial resource and the disparity of regional economic growth ,and providing corresponding suggestions.Based on the research achievements of regional allocation of financial resource and regional economic disparity both at home and abroad,the paper firstly calculates the equilibration of the regional allocation about financial resource and analyzes its historical evolution.From 1978 to 2008,the equilibration presented"the wave"(as"raise—drop--recovery"). The changes in the shares of financial resource and GDP among three areas has showed some similarity.The financial resource has flowed into eastern area all the time, while pouring in the other areas.The outflow of financial resource in the central area is the largest, most of which mainly flowed into the eastern area.Then,the paper analyzes the disparity of regional economic growth from the per GDP,RGDP and economic structure,then the paper calculates the absolute and relative indices to measure the disparity of regional economic growth in China. The absolute index shows that the economy of eastern area has developed far better than central and western areas during 1978~2008,the absolute regional economic disparity keeps expanding all the time,While the relative index shows some difference, the relative regional economic disparity had narrowed down before 1990, but it keeps enlarging after that,and it shows a trend to enlarge day by day. Next,at the basis of studying on how regional allocation of financial resources and the disparity of regional economic growth affact to each other,the paper carries on the empirical analysis from two levels.The empirical study indicated,on one hand, the regional gather of financial resources will enlarge the regional economic disparity.On the other hand,the regional economic disparity has imposed a reaction force on the regional allocation of financial resources.With the increasing enlargement of regional economic disparity,the equilibration of the regional allocation about financial resource will get worse.Finally,based on the the regional allocation of financial resources and the regional economic disparity,the paper proposes some suggestions to optimize the regional allocation of financial resources and narrow the regional economic disparity. It mainly includes,dredging and widenning financial channels resources in the central and western areas,implementing differenct finacial policies among different areas, optimizing and upgrading industrial structure in the central and western areas,etc.
