Abstract/Summary:
This thesis introduced history and present situation of SMEC Company, and listed problems the company confronted , such as marketing competition, property right, etc. SMEC Company's external environment, including elevator marketing, political factors, market players, etc., and its ownership structure, enterprise resource, enterprise capacity, are analyzed. Differentiation Strategy is chosen as core strategy on the basis of SWOT analysis and enterprise positioning analysis. Implementing the strategy from several aspects, such as improving product development, strengthening market management, establishing better human resource system, standardizing and optimizing enterprise management system, elevate company image and brand image, reshaping company culture, will enhance the company's core competitiveness to achieve its long-term strategic target.
