With the deepening of globalization, multinational corporations (MNCs) have become the international economic arena shining star, its strong economic strength, rich management experience and leading-edge industry technology are unmatched by other companies. As a typical representative of the world's multinational corporations, the U.S. multinational companies have formed a global network of great interest to use his influence to global business. However, what's the reason that the U.S. multinational corporations can go every places they want smoothly in the world? In addition to its excellent management, rich experience, advanced technology and ideas, there are the good relations between the MNCs and Government. Any company, whether it is domestic or abroad, needs to deal with the government, it is inevitable. Because multinational companies and governments are seeking to maximize their own interests, although one is economic organization, the other is political organization. The links between the current international politics and economics are closer and closer. There are the myriad reasons behind both of them. The U.S. MNCs and the U.S. government are undergoing this "honey relation" between them. U.S. MNCs provide support for the U.S. government, including political capital, gathering voters together, to help the Government achieve the established interests, In the other hand, the government use its power to help multinational companies seeking benefits. This kind of interaction is the government-enterprise relations. The government-enterprise relations can be divided into the government-business relations and business-government relations. The former focuses on how the government manage business and regulate business, while the latter focuses on the impact of business. This paper will briefly describe the former, and focus on the latte, which is the business-government relations. There are many models of government-enterprise relations of the United States, but in fact all of the models are reflected in the real political and economic activities. It is better to say that U.S. has got a integrated model which includes various models than to say that U.S. has some kind of single government-enterprise relations. This paper attempts to understand the relationship between government and enterprises in order to analyze the political participation of U.S. MNCs. Objectively, the American political system also needs more interest groups and multinational companies being involved, expressing their aspirations around the common interests. So the political participation of U.S. MNCs has its necessity and reality. The first chapter of this paper explains the relevant concepts, the second chapter focuses on the related theories and models of the government-enterprise relations, the third chapter is the key point of this article, it reveals the manner and the channel of U.S. MNCs' political participation, and its impact on U.S. politics. The fourth chapter will return to government-enterprise relations to study how U.S. government deals with the U.S. MNCs'political participation, and finally form a conclusion.
