Mao Bamboo Scale Factors Affecting The Efficiency Of Research

Operational efficiency of private forest is a thorny problem that has been troubled Forest reform in our country. After the forest"three fixed", most Bamboo forest in Fujian become the private forest, which is mainly operated by bamboo farmers whose enthusiam have been greatly improved since then. However, the operational efficiency is still a problem that hasn't been solved, and its operational situation will directly influence many aspects in Fujian province whether they can be achieved.Such as, making best use of the mountain area resources, increasing the farmers' income, rapid development of rural economy and building a new socialist countryside and so on. The paper starts from how to improve the operating effiency of mao bamboo, and bamboo farmers are regarded as the research object thoughtout the text. Basing on the research of mao bamboo production area of Nan ping city, San ming city and Long yan city, a questionnaire survey to bamboo farmer has been made. To conclude the appropriate advice of promoting the operational efficiency of mao bamboo, measurement and judgement to the situation of the mao bamboo operation is made by using DEA. Moreover, regression analysis is being used to find out the main factors that affect the operation efficiency. The thesis is made up o f four parts.Part one is the introduction ,which generally includes the chapter one and chapter two. The introduction mainly discusses the significance, the framework, the innovative points, the research methods and literature sum-up both home and abroad.Part two is the third chapter,comprising reviewing the history of operating mao bamboo and general discription of the 95 pieces of questionnaire survey in Nan ping city, San ming city and Long yan city of Fujian Province, which convey the situation and willness of bamboo farmers.Part three is the empirical analysis including chapter 4 and chapter 5.This part discusses the estimation of operation and Tobit regression analysis towards 27 facors of operation efficiency.The result of DEA estimation shows four results:(1) operational effiency date of Fujian mao bamboo is 0.457, which means that the bamboo manage efficiency of Fujian is low. (2)Fujian mao bamboo manufacture is smaller, mao bamboo effective coefficient of production tecnology is not high, the average is 0.649 , the operational efficiency date is 0.687. ( 3 ) non-scale efficiency-determined unit tends to being in returns of scale.(4)There is less wast of resources in non-DEA efficient decision-making units.By sample testing, it is founded that the ratio is low and the quantity is less in foresty adundence, labor adundence, and capital adundence about non-DEA efficient-determined unit. Tobit regressive analysis showing that the impact of yearly staff input, Wages, managing model and income from mao bamboo on the gross income is more apparent than their impact on the efficiency of mao bamboo's managing scale.Part four is the sixth chapter , which is the conclusion of the research. The following is the specific suggestions to improve operational efficiency: promoting mao bamboo service system though improving tecnology, guide the change of bamboo management concept and encourage various forms of operation, strengthening the policy of guiding multi-channel fund-raising.
