Decision-making And Strategy Study Of Project Item Tender Offer

For the construction enterprises, the bidding decision-making process is generally divided into two main stages which tendering opportunities decision-making and decision-making of tender offers. Bidding system has been implemented in China's construction market more than ten years, construction companies basically formed its own set of bidding practices, but the tender decision-making also has a character of subjective,arbitrary,ignoring tendering opportunities decision-making and quantitative analysis indecision-making . In this paper, first of all, we introduce two methods and models of the tender bidding decision-making respectively. Secondly we used decision tree analysis and game theory analysis methods in the tendering opportunities and tender offer decision-making analysis to establish a complete set of decision-making system in the tender decision-making. In the end, this article applied the bidding decision-making system to a construction company project bidding decision-making, and we come to a true and correct decision-making program to prove the availability of bidding decision-making system.
