| The choice of Substation site relates to the reasonable power grid planning, which impacts on the economic benefits of electric power enterprises directly, and will also directly determine the structure of the entire power grid, and different network structure will produce a different system operating costs and system security level.Based on the circumstances of the project, the comprehensive evaluation index system is establishes. Then the principal components analysis(PCA)is used to filtrate the indexes in order to avoid the overlap among the information. Many indexes are turned to a few comprehensive indexes which influence the project implementation effect. The comprehensive indexes are irrelevant with each other but hold the main information of the original variable. Then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to test and evaluate the relevant data in Alternative station sites and the results show that the project should choose the Xi Wangshe firstly, and Nan Fengshan secondly. |
