Research In The Evaluation Of The Project Safety Management Ability Of Power Supply Enterprises

The project safety management of power enterprise is an important problem that is related to the country and people. The safety of power supply is not only relevant to economic development,but also to social stability and the people'life. Once the accident of power network happens,it will cause significant social impact and huge economic losses. The fundamental idea is to explain the concepts of basic theory, such as accident theory and accident mechanism. And the features,influences and reasons of power safety accident are introduced. Then the article points out that the challenges and pressure power network safety faces in new situation and explores ways and means of solving question. And then analyze and research the project safety management ability of power supply enterprise from security objectives,power construction safety,regular security,safety education training,safety culture,emergency management and security electricity price. At last, this paper evaluates the project safety management ability of Baotou power supply bureau with AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and shows clearly the aspects that are needed to be improved.
