Analysis On Land Use Change And Its Driving Forces In Akesu City

With the course of urbanization increasingly accelerating, the contradiction between man and the earth is more and more evident. In order to meeting the need of constructive land for society development, it is very necessary to make research on land space use. Guided by the notion of land space use, the research on land use degree evaluation provides the important reference for us to all-around grasp the state of land space resources use. It is very significant to guide the land sustainable use and society and economy development.According to the data of land use and socioeconomic statistics in 1996--2008, combining with the comprehensive influential factors of land use change, using the correlative statistic software and the mathematic analytical methods (Principal Component Analysis, Gray Relating Analysis etc.), this paper analyses the dynamic change of land use and driving force in Akesu City qualitatively and quantitatively. The analysis result show:(1) The dynamic variety of the land use type is trend of grassland and land area of does not use is decrease.(2) The structure of land use changes obviously. The area of garden increases, secondly, plantation and city area.(3) The regional difference of land use degree is obvious; the center city area is high, the suburb area county is lower.(4)The factors of driving force of land use in Akesu City primarily lie in population, economic development, urbanization and policy etc.
