With the completion of industrialization in developed countries and many developing countries in speeding up the process of industrialization, the tertiary industry is gradually play a important role in the whole industry economy. It becomes an important symbol to measure a region's production and the economic development level of market. At the same time, economic growth is bound to require the coordination of the economic structure, which not only reflected in the first, second and third coordination between industry, but also reflected in the coordinated development within the industry of the first, second and tertiary industries. This paper uses statistical analysis to study the history of the development of tertiary industry in Xinjiang province and the current status, finding that the development of tertiary industry in Xinjiang lags behind. It stays only in the developmental stage, and its internal structure is also unreasonable, mainly showing that the level of the traditional services industry is too high, and the financial sector, real estate and other new services needs a further development. The thesis has used a combination of quantitative and qualitative empirical analysis method and Eviews software to analyze the internal structure of the tertiary industry in Xinjiang on the contribution to economic growth, and use a lot of data and graphs comparing the level of third industrial development between developed regions and Xinjiang. Finally, the paper gives countermeasures and suggestions to the optimized internal structural development of tertiary industry in Xinjiang, based on a empirical analysis.
