BOT Financing And Infrastructure Construction Of Xinjiang

The application of private capital in the construction of infrastructure has been widely attached importance to and used among many countries in the world .The application cover with traffic, power plant, water supply, contaminative water/litter disposal and government establishment areas. Application of private capital can stimulate the activity and creativity in private organization, improve the efficiency, reduce the short investment of government, and optimize the structure of investment. As for Xinjiang, it can also enlarge the capital source, introduce foreign capital and use national civil capital, decrease the financial expenditure and debt burden of government, introduce advanced technology, accelerate the construction of infrastructure and so on.This article firstly summarizes BOT mode. Then it analyses the present circumstance of investing and financing about infrastructure in Xinjiang. After that it points out the feasibility of BOT in infrastructure construction, as following it gives a case to test. Lastly it gives some suggestions about using BOT mode in infrastructure construction of Xinjiang.
