This article outlined the traditional ideas of the distribution of wealth's justice through the ancient China by analyzing the conception of Confucius and Mozi from Pre-qin period and Dong Zhongshu from the Western Han Dynasty, and Fan Zhongyan from Song Dynasty, and Hai Rui from Ming Dynasty, and Gong Zizhen as a representative scholar from the period after the Opium War. And it also outlined the western theory of justice by analyzing the classical political economy, the Utopian socialism,the utilitarian and other representative theories. These theories constituted an important source of Marxist theory about the distribution of wealth's justice. Marxist theory has a strong vitality which turns into the theoretical foundation of Chinese theory about justice of the distribution of wealth.Generally speaking,the distribution of wealth in China which is constructing a harmonious society is justice.However, the opposite conditions are also quite serious, which became the fuse of social contradictions and conflicts. Reconstruct the strategy of contemporary China's the justice of the distribution of wealth,has a great theoretical value and practical significance for both of the construction of a harmonious society and human's comprehension.
