The Research On The Market Of China's Rural Land Circulation

The issues of peasant, rural areas and agriculture are related to China's economic and social development. They are always the overall, strategic and fundamental issues of China's modernization causes. Central Rural Work Conference believes that only do we strive to strengthen the foundation of the agriculture, just firmly grasp the initiative in the overall plan.Rural land issue is the most basic issue in China's issues of peasant, rural areas and agriculture. The rural land system is the most basic system of China's rural systems. The responsibility system of household's Joint production is the basic economic system of agriculture. Compared to the previous commune, the system has significant advantages. But in the new century there are serious flaws in the system. If we establish the rural land market, the market makes up for deficiencies in the responsibility system of household's Joint production. Rural land market has been overwhelming, and resulted in the clue of the second leap of rural reforms. The paper makes land capitalists as the main Stakeholders of the rural land market, and uses the basic framework and analysis of modern economics in order to build standard economic model to analyze land capitalists'behaviors in the fully competitive land market, then establishes a frame of reference (or reference point) to study China's rural land market, and explores the micro-motivation of the China's rural land circulation market resulting in the formation of China's land circulation market.Innovation of this paper in the following two aspects:First, the research point of view. This article focuses on the rural land circulation market subject, land capitalist, from the microscopic point of the view of land, and analyzes land capitalists'land capital accumulation and personal consumption behavior in order to build the microscopic foundation of China's Rural Land Market. But most of domestic scholars tend to study the issues of peasant, rural areas and agriculture from a macro point of view.Second, the model built. The paper uses the basic framework and analysis of modern economics, and constructs the dynamic model of land capital accumulation in order to study more in-depth the individual behaviors of land capitalists .So it obtains the conclusion of equilibrium land capital accumulation and equilibrium personal consumption in the perfectly competitive rural land market.
