In general, the main tourism activities which is composed of the tourism, tourism object, tourism media .Tourism is the tourist and it is in the center of tourism activities; tourism object is tourism beau, and tourism beau contains the tourism resources and tourism facilities; travel media is like Travel agency , which is the main travel link. And conference tourism as a vehicle for the Conference to carry out tourism activities, and is different from general tourism activities. Contact the conference tourism as a special tourism, with tourism in general features, such as the tourism off-site, etc; more importantly, difference between the conference tourism and tourism activities is that it is triggered by the Conference of tourism activities. Thus, the author from the perspective of regional cooperation in tourism development conference in Guilin, a framework cooperation area X and in the context of this region from the advantages of industry-building, regional cooperation between units within the enterprise to build the brand Guilin Tourism Conference, to strengthen the Conference in Guilin tourism promotion, setting up conference tourism association sector, setting up the meeting point of tourist information platform for the development of conference tourism in Guilin proposed countermeasures.This paper is divided into five chapters: Chapter I: Introduction.
