As the. collection of Rongshui Miao culture, even in 5 years ago had successfully applied state-level intangible cultural heritage with the project name of "Miao Minority Series Pohui Group", but still lack of the systematic study of this festival. Compared to the other traditional festivals of ethnic minorities, the Pohui time of Rongshui regional territory is difference, distributing 15 days from the first month 3 to the first month 17, this festive way makes the Pohui of Rongshui like a sequence, each chain between the Pohui will be presented as characteristics of the Miao. This feature stems from what kind of a cultural background, this feature of the present will be how to play the role of the development of the Miao Pohui. Finally, how will the development process of Pohui in the modern trend, it's the research direction of this writing.This article will need to conduct field research and collect literature. Analysing the social cultural functions of Pohui, concerning with the formation of Pohui amd the unique cultural phenomenon in individual case, integrating the macro and micro-culture of Pohui, will eventually realize the awareness of this cultural space.
