With the global financial crisis continues to spread from the second half year of 2008, the employment of a large number of peasant workers in urban has been severely affected. "The return of peasant workers" becomes one of the important social problems. In the course of employment of peasant workers at home, due to blood or the relationship between genetic and geographical nature, it makes peasant workers returning home to use such a network of relationships as their blood, genetic and geographical relationships regularly to get employment. On the contrary, To promote the local employment of peasant workers at home, the government formulates and provides various policies, all sorts of social organizations provide resources and information. While, the implied social capital has been less recognized and deployed. Based on this case, through the statistical analysis of survey, the thesis puts forward a conclusion that the micro social capital in the return of peasant workers'employment plays an important role, while macro social capital and meso social capital is not much valued and utilized by peasant workers because of missing or lacking of knowledge. To solve the above problems, the author proposes some related countermeasures about peasant workers constructing and accumulating social capital from three levels of social capital.
