Research On Financial Risk Management Of Sino-funded Life Insurance Company

In the past several decades,the Chinese life insurance industry has developed at its full speed. Sino-funded insurance companies possess more than 90% market share in life insurance. Sino-funded insurance companies usher unprecedented opportunities for development,but in the rapid growth, they have also met many problems in financial risk management.The business of Sino-funded insurance companies is the risk. Businesses provide risk protection in order to the interests of thousands of households. However,Sino-funded insurance companies are looked as an economic entity,there are also risks. If their own risk management is not good,which not only affect the company's survival and development,but also affect social stability. Thus,with this context,it has a strong practical significance to explore how to manage financial risk of the Sino-funded insurance companies.This paper briefly summarizes the financial risk management theory of domestic and international and then defines the risk,financial risk. The paper describes the characteristics of financial risk of Sino-funded insurance companies. This paper points out manifestations and its causes of financial risk of Sino-funded insurance companies. After drawing the successful experience of financial risk management from the European life insurance company's,the paper explores the management strategy respectively aiming to financial risk of Sino-funded insurance companies from the point of finance,investment,cash flow.Finally, this paper chooses A life insurance company as a case to do a financial risk analysis and summaries some useful experience to Sino-funded insurance companies.
