The appearance of knowledge-based economy promote international trade structure show the intellectualizing trend, as a one of the important growth point of the knowledge-based economic, Knowledge-based services trade become developing directions and trends in modern International Trade.The research about enhance the competitiveness of our knowledge-based services trade is signality, it is very import content to raise the level of China's international trade and economic growth.In order to study how to enhance the competitiveness of our knowledge-based services trade, this paper study the status of knowledge-based services trade, our knowledge-based services trade competitiveness, the limiting our knowledge-based services trade competitiveness and so on;On the basis of the study,in terms of development strategies and specific policy measures, this paper give some advise about how to enhance the competitiveness of our knowledge-based services trade,after that,this paper expect the Development Perspectives of our our knowledge-based services trade.The content about research our knowledge-based services trade situation embrace the situation in our country, the international trade situation, the comparison in domestic and international trade in knowledge-based services;after that the paper study the competitiveness of knowledge-based services trade; it study our knowledge-based services trade competitiveness with the total, the difference, and the share of quantitative indicators and RCA, NXRCA, TC index measuring the relative index of two layers. On basic of this study,it find the restraining factor of development of our knowledge-based services trade;as a important part,the paper give some proposals and measures from development strategies and specific measures, the proposed three levels and some industry.
