In the human resources management process, the staff achievements management is an extremely important work.The staff achievements management establishment in the construction reasonable achievements management system foundation, through the achievement inspection, and unifies with the corresponding drive measure, arouses the staff enthusiasm, urges the staff to work diligently, to enhance the achievements unceasingly, finally achieves enterprise's goal.This in turn introduces the background to the study, performance appraisal and performance management theories, and through the status of Chinese private enterprise performance management and problem analysis, and explore the characteristics of Chinese private enterprises for performance management and targeted improvement measures. Proposed optimal design of performance appraisal system, and the last in the article the implementation of the system are summarized. Obtained:Performance management should be the main focus on key performance indicators established for different employees personalized evaluation indicators, and maintain continuous communication with the staff always acts towards the direction of organizational goals. Only in this way can motivate greater limits, give full play to the enthusiasm and initiative of employees to achieve a win-win business and employees.The author makes empirical research into Jinan Donghui electric company, discovers the crux to be at, and establishes take the essential achievements target as the core examination and critique system, not only can help this enterprise to solve the problem which in the achievements management exists, urges the enterprise further to raise the modern management level, also can provide the model and the reference for the correlation enterprise's human resources management.
