Study On Land Use Related Issues Of Small Towns

With the economy developing quickly and deep understanding about the quantity and scale of small towns develops quickly under the chains of encouraged policies and advancing the new village constructing in socialist state.But, on the back of the small towns'fast development the contradiction between people and land become sharper and sharper because of the unreasonable land use. In this paper, the external factors of land use system method as a guide, from the multi-perspective, a small town in the empirical analysis of land use under the premise of focusing on individual issues in depth.First, the article analyzes and presents the Relationship between land use of small towns and the external factors such as population, regional economy, public facilities, and historical culture. At the same time, the sustainable development strategy as the guiding ideology and current national land use policy lay the foundation for discussion of the empirical part in this paper.Secondly, by taking LinTun town of ZhuoZhou county in hebei province as the research object, the paper studies the status of the important external factors related to the local land-use based on detail statistical data. On the basis of this analysis, some existing problems are described in detail, such as obvious differences among different villages, low village centralization level, relative dispersed and low standard supporting facilities, rich historical resources and relative complicated land-use. By analyzing planning schemes of LinTun town, practical solutions to these problems are found.Finally, the problems to settle land-use of small towns are raised from empirical analysis to the theoretical level. Combined with own point of view, the paper discusses how to formulate a scientific and rational land use planning, how to improve the utilization ratio of idle land, how to make the development of traffic facilities of small township be coordinated with local land-use, how to let the inheriting cultural heritage and land-use of the small township develop harmoniously, how to strengthen sectoral coordination and how to improve the management level of land use.In addition, the article summarizes the main points of the paper in concluding remarks, and proposes explanations and recommendations to the future research. It is hope that the paper will be useful to study land use of small towns in the future.
