This article focuses on YD Software Co., Ltd and the spare parts for China's business intelligence software industry. Combined with the theories and tools on marketing strategy research, it firstly conducted a comprehensive analysis on business intelligence software industry, focusing on domestic and international business intelligence software industry development process and trend of Looking for technology development and demand factors, developmental factors in the market orientation of the development process in a combination of analysis, and describes the current participants in the main competition in the market and market structure; and then the software is YD's own history of development and internal and external factors, in-depth study for YD in the development of software, to sum up the pre-marketing strategies, and from within the enterprise environment, the direct environment, macroeconomic environment, further analysis at three levels. Then, this marketing strategy from the perspective of the software YD-depth analysis and marketing strategy based on positioning, market segmentation and differentiation from the perspective of the marketing mix strategy design point of view, the market segments targeted, differentiated positioning, product strategy, pricing strategy, distribution strategy, promotion strategy in such areas as detailed analysis and study.The purpose of this paper is to determine the YD software in the business intelligence market, the future of the field of marketing strategy planning and related marketing strategies.
