Entrepreneurship Organization And Value Creation In The Agricultural

Since the founding of new China, China's agricultural production has undergone several historical changes in organizational form, from Agricultural Support Group, The People's Commune to The Household-contract Responsibility System. With economic development, a number of new forms of organization in agricultural production also emerging, such as agricultural cooperatives, agricultural enterprises. There are a lot of research has done on the evolution of organizational forms.The most of research in this area are based on the transaction costs. There are little literature reseasch on the perspective of entrepreneurship and institutional change. This article try to research the role of entrepreneurship in China's agricultural organizations changes and examine the path the value of the agricultural sector dependends on entrepreneurship.This paper briefly describes the changes in the organizational form of China's agricultural production in history, and reviews organization (Institution) changes related theories. This paper believes that the theory of Institution changes of Neo-Institutional School is based on transaction cost theory, the Neo-Institutional School analysis the institutional change based on cost --- benefit analysis. However this methods is questionable, transaction costs are actually an ex post cost, economic agents can not know the specific values of transaction costs before the relevant action is taken and more impossible to know the costs and benefits a new form of organization (Institution) will caused.To get the an accurate number, the Neo-Institutional School economist apparently has given economic subjects a "super-computing power", and rationally choose the "optimal institutional arrangements," This is is clearly contrary to the principles of Neo-Institutional School, Bounded Rationality and Incomplete Information.The paper insisted that the market is a dynamic process, entrepreneurs are in a kind of "ignorant" state,the entrepreneurs has a capability of "subjective judgments" in the.real world, and the entrepreneurship is a common, and entrepreneurship is the economic mainstay in the pursuit of profit under uncertainty subjective behavior. This will be the point of view into the reality of China's agricultural development, along with the changes in the economic environment and market competition intensifies, agricultural entrepreneurs face greater risks and uncertainties, the entrepreneur needs a less risky form of production organization and uncertainty, agricultural entrepreneurs, the organization has chosen not to blind, changes in production organization subject to the requirements of entrepreneurs in order to play, when a form of production organization hinder entrepreneurial talent into full play, this form of production organization must been abandoned or improvement of agricultural entrepreneurs, only the production of organizational forms adapted to the entrepreneurial talent into full play, and to help agricultural entrepreneurs to obtain "expected profit", the production of a new form of organization been established.This paper argues that the organization of agricultural is the results of the entrepreneurship, organization of agricultural is the carrier to the pursuit of agricultural production and farmer organization is the "market return".the farmer entrepreneurs, the organization has chosen not to blind the organization to change the subject to produce entrepreneurs can play requirements, when agricultural organization hinder entrepreneurship to play, this form of agricultural organization must be abandoned or improvement by agricultural entrepreneurs. The production of agricultural organizational will be adapted,which can help agricultural entrepreneurs get" Expected profits ", A new form of agricultural organization would be established. This means that more agricultural organization,the more agricultural output will be, the higher agricultural efficiency, because the new forms of production organization can help entrepreneurs play their own entrepreneurship, which can improve the value of agricultural products. It is a complex process for the formation of a new agricultural organizations, which related to a series of factors,such as the local government policies,economic conditions. These factors affect the play of the entrepreneurship, which is affecting the formation of the organization of agricultural production and upgrade. In this paper, we investigate the town of Yuncheng in Shandong Province and the City of Yueqing in Zhejiang Province in the field the state of the agricultural development. we select the relevant variable factors,verified the economic system and agricultural production and organized the significant correlation in empirical analysis, but the Yuncheng and Yueqing agricultural information disclosed the city's relatively small, less data collection in this survey, resulting in a relatively narrow choice of variables, resulting in somewhat convincing evidence a lack of respect, which is a pity of this article.
