Through analyzing fundamental condition of Beijing, the development state of suburbs tourism in Beijing, and conditions of tourists, the author point out some existing problems in Beijing suburbs tourism, such as lack of levels in tourism planning, redundant project, similar products, lower rate of re-visiting, sightseeing tour in the highest flight, existing environmental problem and so on. These problems make a problem system.Against the problem system, it need the solutions that consisting of macroscopic and microcosmic solutions. The macroscopic solutions should solve the problem of development pattern; the microcosmic solutions should solve the existing problems in Beijing suburbs tourism. The article fixes the ring and belt mode of Beijing suburbs tourism. And on this basis, the author proposes the development tactics of suburbs plate and outer-suburbs plate. Against the concrete issue on microcosmic level, the article provides solutions, such as, completing hierarchical system of suburbs tourism in Beijing, making clear developing goal, improving marketing, elaborating dominant action of government, developing interactive between inner city and suburb area.
